What works in ChatGPT
Weekloop gives ChatGPT a fixed set of tools. Reading works at any time. Before any change, ChatGPT shows it to you and only saves it after your yes.
Plan and available credits, your brand profile, the list of your images and files, and current ideas, campaigns and trends from your account.
ChatGPT shows your weekly plans and the proposals in the Spark Inbox, Weekloop’s review queue, and opens individual items and finished content.
Save weekly plans for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, blog, newsletter, posters and Google Business as drafts, change single items, and revise captions, hashtags and carousel text.
Approve, reject or return single plan items and Inbox proposals with a change request. The decision is saved in Weekloop.
For approved Spark proposals, ChatGPT can start AI production. First it shows a preview of the affected items and points out that credits will be used. The result is private drafts in Weekloop.
Nothing is published, scheduled, sent or purchased through ChatGPT. That stays in Weekloop and only happens after your approval.
Three example prompts
ChatGPT loads plan and Inbox from your account, summarises the posts per channel and lists the proposals still waiting for your review.
ChatGPT uses your brand profile and proposes posts with date, format and topic. Only when you agree is the plan saved as a draft in Weekloop.
ChatGPT shows the new caption. After your yes the draft is updated and existing images are kept. It is only published once you approve it in Weekloop.
Set up in four steps
You need a Weekloop account. The 14-day free trial is enough to try it.
Open Weekloop in the ChatGPT directory with the “Open in ChatGPT” button, or search for “Weekloop” in ChatGPT.
Add Weekloop. ChatGPT sends you to the Weekloop sign-in page, where you log in with your usual Weekloop account.
You confirm that ChatGPT may read your account and save drafts after asking you. The connection only covers your own workspace.
Type @Weekloop and your question in the chat, for example: “Show my Weekloop account and available credits.”
Security and approval
The connection uses an OAuth sign-in with Weekloop. You only enter your password at Weekloop, ChatGPT never sees it. ChatGPT can only reach your own workspace.
Before ChatGPT saves anything, it shows the exact draft, the changed fields or the review decision and waits for your confirmation in the chat.
AI production only starts after a preview of the affected items and your explicit consent.
Posting, scheduling and sending are not possible from ChatGPT. That happens in Weekloop and only after your approval.
