Marketing Straight from ChatGPT: How to Work with Weekloop in the Chat

September 23, 2026 · Aithentica GmbH

For many business owners, ChatGPT has become a fixed part of the working day: drafting an email, looking something up, thinking an idea through. Marketing, on the other hand, often happens in a different window, in a different tool, at a different time. Weekloop in ChatGPT closes that gap. You connect your Weekloop account to ChatGPT once and then handle much of your weekly marketing routine right in the chat.

In this article we show how the connection works, what you can do in the chat, where the limits deliberately are, and which phrasing gets you to the result fastest.

What the connection is, and what it is not

Weekloop is listed as a plugin in the ChatGPT directory. Once connected, ChatGPT can access your own Weekloop account: your brand profile, your weekly plans, the Spark Inbox with proposals waiting for your review, and content that has already been created. Sign-in happens at Weekloop itself. You only enter your password there; ChatGPT never sees it.

Just as important is what ChatGPT cannot do: it does not publish anything, schedule posts, send messages or buy anything. ChatGPT shows you every change first and only saves it once you agree in the chat. Publishing still happens in Weekloop, and only after your approval.

Set up in four steps

  • Open the Weekloop listing in the ChatGPT directory or search for “Weekloop” in ChatGPT.
  • Add Weekloop. ChatGPT sends you to the Weekloop sign-in page.
  • Log in with your Weekloop account and confirm access to your workspace.
  • Type @Weekloop and your first question in the chat, for example: “Show my Weekloop account and available credits.”

You need a Weekloop account for this. The 14-day free trial is enough to try it. The detailed guide is on the Weekloop in ChatGPT page.

Five everyday situations

The connection is easiest to understand through concrete examples. The following situations come from the typical week of a small business, such as a café, a physiotherapy practice or a trades company.

1. Monday morning: what is on this week?

You are having your first coffee and ChatGPT is already open. Instead of opening Weekloop separately, you type:

“@Weekloop Show me this week’s plan and what is still open in the Spark Inbox.”

ChatGPT loads the plan from your account and summarises it: which posts are planned on which day and channel, and which proposals are still waiting for your review. Within a minute you can see whether something is missing, such as a photo of the new offer.

2. Plan a promotion at short notice

Your supplier has offered you a special promotion starting next week. You type:

“@Weekloop Draft an Instagram plan for next week about our autumn promotion with 15 percent off all jackets. Show it to me first and do not save anything yet.”

ChatGPT uses your brand profile with tone of voice, audience and offers and proposes posts with date, format and topic. You change what you do not like as you go, for example “Make Tuesday a carousel”. Only when you say the plan should be saved does ChatGPT create it as a draft in Weekloop, where it waits in the Spark Inbox for review.

3. Revise a caption quickly

You like a finished Instagram draft, but the text is too long. You type:

“@Weekloop Open the newest Instagram draft, shorten the caption to two sentences and show me the change.”

ChatGPT shows you the new caption. After your yes, the draft is updated in Weekloop. Existing images are kept. Hashtags and the text on individual carousel slides can be adjusted the same way.

4. Approve between two meetings

The Spark Inbox is Weekloop’s review queue. Every proposal lands there before anything is created or goes out. You can work through it from the chat as well:

“@Weekloop Approve the second proposal. For the third one, please change it: we are closed on Saturday.”

ChatGPT shows you both decisions again and saves them after your confirmation. With a change request, your note is saved along with the decision. A link takes you straight to the item in Weekloop if you need it.

5. Start production

For approved proposals, ChatGPT can start AI production, for example to create the images and copy for a post. Because this uses credits, it happens in two steps:

“@Weekloop Show me the production preview for the approved proposals. Do not start anything yet.”

ChatGPT lists the affected items and points out that credits will be used. Production only starts once you explicitly agree. The result is private drafts in Weekloop, which you review and approve there before anything is published.

Where the limits deliberately are

The connection is built so that nothing happens without you. That also means a few clear limits:

  • Publishing, scheduling and sending happen in Weekloop, not in the chat.
  • Every change needs your confirmation in the current conversation.
  • Through ChatGPT, credits are only used when you explicitly confirm production after the preview.
  • Standalone video projects such as commercials are currently edited directly in Weekloop. You can still plan reels and video posts as part of a weekly plan.
  • You do not buy plans, subscriptions or credits through ChatGPT.

Tips for good results

Be specific. “Plan something for Instagram” gives you a usable proposal. “Plan three Instagram posts for next week about our new lunch menu, one of them as a carousel” gives you a better one.

Say “show it to me first”. That way you see every draft before anything is saved and can refine it in the conversation.

One change at a time. Each change updates exactly one item. If you want to adjust several posts, go through them one after another.

Keep your brand profile up to date in Weekloop. Tone of voice, offers, audiences and images in your business profile are the basis for everything ChatGPT proposes through Weekloop. The better the profile, the less you need to explain in the chat.

ChatGPT and Weekloop: each tool for its own job

ChatGPT remains strong for quick questions, research and fast writing. Weekloop works like a virtual marketing department: every week Spark plans social posts and carousels, videos and commercials, product images, posters and flyers, newsletters, SEO blog articles and Google Business posts, and nothing goes out without your approval. With the connection, you no longer have to choose between the two. How the tools differ is explained in our comparison Weekloop vs. ChatGPT.
